Booking Policy
Please read the booking policy carefully before confirming your child's place.
By booking a place, we assume that you have read and are happy with the policy outlined below.
At Bright Sparx Tutoring, we’re committed to making the learning journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find all the key details about how our sessions are booked and managed.
Session Bookings

Sessions must be booked in advance and will be confirmed via email.

Sessions can be booked as a ‘one-off’ booking or in termly blocks.

If booking ‘one-off’ sessions, we cannot guarantee the subject matter being covered in that session. If your child requires support in a particular area, contact us to discuss when this may be covered.
Session Length & Pricing

Each session is 1 hour in length. This accounts for 5 minutes at the start and end of the session for pick-up and drop-off times, making the total teaching time 50 minutes.

Sessions are priced per child per session.

Group sizes are small to allow for individual support.
Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances.

Catch-up sessions are not available for missed group lessons.
Payments

Payment is required in advance of each block/session to secure your booking.

Payment is made via our website. If you are booking a termly block, this is arranged with the class teacher face-to-face. You can then pay via bank transfer, in which case an invoice will be sent to your selected email address, or you can pay via card machine at the time of booking.

We’re always here to support you and your child. You’re welcome to get in touch at any time to discuss progress or share feedback from school.
